Marketing Business Partner for Healthcare

You will promote the Systematic brand
As Marketing Business Partner, you will be responsible for all marketing activities in our Healthcare business unit. In other words, you will become our in-house specialist in marketing for the healthcare industry –not just at creating the strategies but also at executing them.

Your focus will be on clear communication with current and prospective customers and understanding the market in which we operate. You will work alongside a dedicated team of eight business marketing professionals, with ample opportunity for collaboration and brainstorming. Your main objective is to collaborate with our Sales and Product Management team to increase awareness of the Systematic brand, our healthcare offering, and our product capabilities within healthcare. 

You will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with Sales and Product Management to plan commercial deliveries across marketing platforms
• Developing strong key messaging based on customer needs and product capabilities 
• Maintaining a strong positioning of Systematic Healthcare on social media and in media outlets
• Promoting Systematic as a thought leader within our dedicated domains
• Planning and executing events
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

  
You can expect to spend 10-20 days a year traveling around the world to work with colleagues, visit customers and attend trade fairs and other events.

A creative and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for healthcare
Our ideal candidate has a relevant education at the master’s degree level and at least five years of experience in a similar position. Marketing flows in your veins, and you are particularly strong in commercial affairs, making you an effective sounding board for our healthcare team. Last but not least, you speak and write English professionally.
 
Turning to your personal qualities, you are proactive and outgoing, and you enjoy a varied working day in which you encounter a wide range of stakeholders. You are an experienced and competent content creator – both visually and in writing – and are experienced at working independently and driving your own projects.
