Manager, Synergy Platform

Step into a pivotal role where you’ll drive the development of Systematic’s Synergy platform — a modern container solution powering critical solutions across Business Units in Systematic. 

The role: Take ownership of a strategically important initiative
As the Manager with a technical insight for our Synergy team, you’ll collaborate with and manage a skilled and growing team, working to maintain and develop our Cloud-native application platform (Synergy), that handles all the complex but essential infrastructure components such as security, scalability, monitoring, and compliance. All business units in Systematic use the platform, linking your work directly to the solutions delivered to our customers. 

On a day-to day basis you will:

• Plan and deliver product releases and services - ensuring quality, budget, and estimates are met. 
• Align the product roadmap with stakeholders across Systematic.
• Ensure proactive communication with stakeholders and support change management initiatives.
• Manage budgets and identify risks early to implement effective solutions.

The Synergy team currently consists of 6 developers in Denmark and Poland, a Test Manager, and an Architect/Product Manager – but the ambition is to grow. Besides project delivery , you will also have people management responsibility ensuring general satisfaction and development across the team – something that is highly valued in Systematic. 

Your qualifications: Proven experience with project management 
You have 2+ years of experience with project management and hold a PMP (PMI) certification or similar. You have great communication skills and excel in working across levels and departments and thrive in a transformation environment. In addition, you have: 

• Experience with product delivery and Cloud Native open-source components
• Experience with and a great understanding of software products  
• Fluency in Danish and English, and willingness to travel to other Systematic offices if needed.
