The job
As our new Manager in Healthcare, you'll join an organisation with more than 90 skilled colleagues based in Denmark, Poland, and Ukraine. You'll be part of a management team of three managers, reporting to the director of the development organisation. You'll manage a diverse and ambitious team of 8–10 colleagues across different locations, consisting of software developers, QA engineers, domain advisors, and product owners. You'll be responsible for ensuring the team's high performance and continuous development, while also helping to set the direction for the development organisation and manage the delivery of increments to the product suite.
As our new Manager, you'll work with Columna Cura, which supports employees, patients, and relatives throughout a citizen's complete health journey. The product is operational and has already been purchased and implemented by more than 38 Danish municipalities. You'll help ensure that we continuously deliver a high-quality product tailored to our customers' needs and support the development of Columna Cura in relation to stability and daily operations. You'll work with the best features of both Scrum and SAFe, as we continually strive to develop and optimise our processes and the way we run projects.
Furthermore, you'll be responsible for:
- People management of highly skilled colleagues, ensuring their continuous development
- Change management, improvements, and overall team performance
- Planning the next iteration together with the team, establishing the conditions for the team to fulfil its goals
- Engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment on the results expected from the team
- Reporting on and reaching KPIs for yourself, the organisation, and the team

Your qualifications
We envisage that you have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree. You have experience as a project manager, ideally with some technical background, and have previously worked on IT projects. You have leadership and people management experience, and you know how to motivate and manage your team. You're driven by the need to succeed, which reflects your ambition to realise your goals.
In addition, you:
- Are proactive and eager to make a difference through your work
- Can deliver on cost, schedule, and quality
- Set the bar high, and constantly improve and develop yourself, your team, and your surroundings
- Exercise a high degree of flexibility in connection with your tasks
Furthermore, you speak and write Danish and English fluently.
We're an international company, and you can expect one to two business trips per year.
