Learning & Development Partner for an international company

Are you ready to be the frontrunner in training and developing more than 1,000 employees worldwide? Do you want to generate ideas, design and implement effective learning solutions, and lead projects across an international company? Well, look no more – the opportunity is right here for you!

Welcome to the Learning & Development team
As our new colleague and L&D partner, you will be part of a small but essential team. We are a great L&D team of four colleagues located in Aarhus, Denmark and Bucharest, Romania. The team is responsible for developing, planning, and coordinating all training-related activities such as onboarding, internal/external courses, and leadership seminars to ensure the proper framework is available at a strategic, tactical, and operational level. Learning and Development has a high priority and great focus in Systematic, so we work closely with stakeholders across the company.

What will your responsibilities be?
While always supporting our employees in their development, we want to elevate our well-established and highly prioritised international training programmes to help our growing organisation and global set-up better. In the new concepts and digitalised offers you will create, you will apply your insights within development and training initiatives and take on a leading role in facilitating the emergence of new offerings.

Your focus and responsibilities include:
•    Lead learning & development projects.
•    Collaborate with internal and external experts to develop learning solutions and enhance existing competence development in Systematic.
•    Leveraging digital solutions.
•    Concept development and implementation of the learning concepts.

What competencies are Systematic looking for?
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Learning and Development — someone with a proven track record of developing and delivering activities following organisational needs. Furthermore, we are also looking for someone experienced in project management and with a toolbox for driving digital learning in an international organisation.

Lastly, you must speak and write English fluently and be able to obtain a Security Clearance as we work with security-classified projects. This entails that you can present a clean criminal record and have been residing in an EU/NATO country for the past seven years.
