Lead Solution Architect for Cura

You will be the customers’ trusted partner
With Cura we have successfully concurred the Danish municipality market for care journals. Over the last years, we have worked on delivering and implementing our products, and now our journey is moving into the next phase. We are looking to expand our customer base whilst maintaining positive relations with our current partners to ensure long-term cooperation.


You will be part of the cross profession Cura Management Team consisting of, but not limited to, project- and service delivery managers, product development manager, a domain advisor, a product manager and a user experience designer. You will work closely with all peers from your team, and in addition the Cura Product Manager, the Software Architect, and the infrastructure Architect and Service Delivery Manager located in Systematic Customer Operations, as well as the sales organization.


As Lead Solution Architect in Cura, your primary task is to support this journey to make it easy to be a user of our solutions. Continuous sales to our current customer base, and customer expansion are at the forefront of your tasks, and you are able to deliver and showcase results within both areas.


Your key tasks will, amongst other, include:

  • Developing customer solution architecture to bridge business, software and infrastructure.
  • Foster the relationship between customers and Systematic Customer Operations.
  • Play a core role in all significant tenders and selected sales support tasks.
  • Help to bring together the customers, Product Management and Product Development.
  • Drive change requests and customer negotiations with Systematic preferences in mind.


We have costumers all over Denmark and you can expect travel to our different customer locations 1 day/pr. Week.

Proactive Solution Architect for an expanding business area
You possess leadership experience and know how to coach and motivate people inside and outside the organisation. You have 10+ years of experience working with customers, and a high track with:

  • Ensuring new customers and markets.
  • Increased profitability and quality.
  • Happy employees and customers


In addition, you identify with the following:

  • A strong communicator with excellent skills in danish.
  • Excelling stakeholder management skills, with a focus on maintaining long-term relations to our customers.
  • Broad knowledge within software development, solution architecture and infrastructure.
  • Skilled negotiator with commercial acumen
  • Excellent at understanding new domains.
  • Highly capable of learning new technologies.
