Junior Project Coordinator for Healthcare, Columna CURA

Curious and structured approach
As a Project Coordinator for Healthcare, you will work closely with our three Project Managers and Program Managers who are responsible for the development of our product, Columna CURA. Columna CURA is one of the market’s most advanced EHR systems and currently operates in more than 35 Danish municipalities. The project management is responsible for ensuring that we develop the right solution to the right quality and to the agreed time and budget across our large development department and several development teams. As a Project Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting and assisting the Project Managers in their day-to-day business.
Your tasks will include:
- Assisting the Project Managers, Finance Controller and Business Analyst in updating the D365 forecast, creating purchase orders etc.
- Conducting ad hoc analysis of time registration data to support management in project decision-making
- Taking part in sculpting the processes and tooling to support efficient governance
- Assisting in the planning of internal and external meetings, including booking meeting facilities and producing material for the meetings
- Assisting in the production of internal and external communication on relevant topics for the Project Manager
- Assisting in creating and updating oWoW-related documentation and plans.
Working hours are 10-15 hours a week, but we are flexible in how your working hours are arranged in relation to your studies.

You have a flair for detail and a proactive mindset
Ideally, you are studying for a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, e.g., Information Technology or similar, and have at least one year left of your studies. You have a good understanding of IT and are familiar with Excel and Jira. Furthermore, you have effective communication skills, and you are fluent in English and Danish, both orally and in writing.
As a person, you are driven by following through on your tasks. You are open to learning and taking on new tasks, and you are not afraid to ask questions. Moreover, you are proactive and enjoy managing your own assignments. You thrive with structure and pay attention to detail, and quality is always top of mind, no matter the task.
