Internship: HR – Learning & Development

Are you keen on gaining practical experience in onboarding and employee development in an international company? If so, seize the opportunity to grow in this educational internship.

You will help to make our employees even better
As an intern in Learning & Development, you get the opportunity to make your mark on the onboarding and development of our talented colleagues. You will join us on our journey towards digitalised learning in HR, and you will get to design and develop digital learning activities. What’s more, you will help ensure preparation, implementation and regular improvement of our onboarding programme for employees around the globe.

You will work closely with dedicated colleagues on the Learning & Development team and have widespread contact within the People & Culture Department, which works with Recruitment, Employer Branding, Business Partners, Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, and more. In addition, you will develop a large network in the organisation.

Some of your tasks will include:

  • Development of new materials and conversion of learning activities from classroom teaching to digital formats, such as e-learning.
  • Support and participation in parts of the onboarding programme, which operates with a “gamified” concept, where you can explore the role of a facilitator.
  • Internal communication tasks such as producing content for our internal pages and translation tasks.
  • Optimisation and development of Systematic’s internal course catalogue, on the basis of course evaluation follow-up.
  • Create and run an internal network for interns across the organisation through social events.
  • Support colleagues’ work on a whole range of interesting ad hoc HR assignments and other administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, coordination, ordering material, writing emails and creating PowerPoints.

The internship will last 5-6 months, starting in February 2021. The internship will be full time, but we are flexible in relation to your studies and ECTS credits requirements. This is a paid internship, if your studies allow it.

Independent, structured and service-minded
The ideal candidate will be someone who is studying a relevant field within HR, Communication or similar subjects. You have experience in administrative work and have been involved in organizing and running events. The most important thing for us is that you are able to take initiative despite not having in-depth knowledge of employee development and that you are interested in learning – blended learning in particular. Looking at your personal qualities, you are independent and proactive, and work systematically. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are able to take ownership of your own tasks, which you enjoy seeing through to their completion. You are service-minded, have good communication skills and are able to convey messages to employees across the organisation. You dare to think outside the box and are not afraid to voice your ideas for new initiatives. Last but not least, you speak and write Danish fluently and English at an advanced level.

Freedom with responsibility
As an intern at Systematic, you will work side by side with your colleagues from day one as part of the Learning & Development team, helping them to perform their tasks. To a larger extent, you will be able to organise your own working day and, following a thorough introduction to your duties, you will be able to handle them independently in the team. At Systematic, we value a relaxed atmosphere and effective dialogue, so you will find a culture characterised by trust, transparency and helpfulness. We will strive to strike a good balance between what you would like to get out of your internship and your formal study requirements, and our own expectations and priorities. The most important thing for us is that you learn a lot and have fun while you are here, and that you get ample opportunity for professional and personal development.

We work with security-classified projects, and therefore, you as an employee at Systematic need to have security clearance. Read more here: http://systematic.com/clearance.
