Internship: HR & Recruitment

Interested in an internship in a professional and inspiring environment where you gain insights into all aspects of HR as well as practical experience with recruitment and employer branding in an international and dynamic company?

Recruitment as area of responsibility
We are looking for a competent and committed intern for our People Attraction department, which is staffed by both recruitment and employer-branding specialists.

You will be part of an international team of 14 committed colleagues and acquire insights into all our HR activities and the challenges they bring.

As an intern, you will be responsible for recruiting the coming semester’s interns. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process from job ads, screening and job interviews to selecting and hiring candidates. At the same time, you will be involved in employer-branding initiatives such as job fairs as well as internal and external events. During your internship, you will be working with colleagues throughout the organisation and engage in close cooperation and sparring with both HR and IT colleagues as well as frequent dialogue with external business partners.

You will be working with the following types of tasks:

  • Recruiting 20-25 interns and student assistants from different study programmes - primarily IT, where you will have ownership of the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Writing and publishing job ads and administering job banks.
  • Promoting career opportunities on our social media.
  • Planning and organising job fairs and events.
  • Supporting your colleagues in their work, which will involve many interesting ad hoc HR tasks.

The internship lasts 5-6 months, starting in February 2021. The internship is a fulltime position, but we are of course flexible in relation to your studies and ECTS points requirements. This is a paid internship, if your studies allow.

Proactive and committed
You are studying a relevant master’s degree within the fields of HR or communication, for example an MSc in Economics and Business Administration, an MA in International Business Communication or an MSc in Social Science. You are an organised person, who are able to bring your ideas to life. As a person, you are outgoing and willing to take on new tasks and handle new challenges. You are also capable of working independently and structure your own workday as freedom with responsibility is an essential part of our business philosophy. It is an advantage if you have experience with InDesign and Photoshop, but not a requirement. Finally, you speak and write Danish fluently and you are confident in speaking and using English at a high level.

Freedom with responsibility
As an intern, you are treated like any other Systematic employee and will from day one be part of a team and be part of solving tasks that the team has. To a considerable large extent, you are responsible for planning your own workday and after a thorough introduction to the project and domain, you will be able to independently solve your own tasks in the team. We aim at finding a good balance between your personal wishes, your formal study requirements and our expectations and priorities. Most important to us is your professional and personal development and that you have fun and enjoy your time here.

We work with security-classified projects, and therefore, you as an employee at Systematic need to have security clearance. Read more here: http://systematic.com/clearance.
