Internship: Recruitment and Employer Branding

About the position


We are looking for two skilled and committed interns for our People Attraction department, which is staffed by both recruitment and employer branding specialists, among others. You will be joining a team of 15 dedicated and helpful colleagues in Denmark and Romania. We are looking for two interns who, through close collaboration, will gain an insight into all our HR activities and related challenges.

As a recruitment intern, you will be in charge of recruiting interns in the coming semester and assume responsibility for the entire process from job postings, screening and job interviews to selecting the candidates. As an employer branding intern, you will be responsible for employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, branding the ambassador network, webinars, collaboration with universities and internal and external events. Through the internship, you and your co-intern will engage with a wide variety of employees throughout the entire organisation through close collaboration with HR, marketing and IT colleagues, and you will also be in frequent dialogue with external partners.


Responsibility and tasks


Your everyday tasks will consist of:

  • recruiting 15-25 interns and student assistants
  • proofreading, copywriting and publishing job descriptions and job postings and managing various job banks
  • project management and holding job fairs and events throughout Denmark and online
  • new strategic activities and campaigns within employer branding
  • planning, setting up and holding internal and external webinars
  • collaborating with external stakeholders, for example, universities on guest lectures, company visits etc.
  • employer branding on SoMe (website, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram)
  • helping the recruitment team both in Denmark and internationally
  • collaborating with internal stakeholders across all business units
  • administering and planning social events for the in-house intern network
  • supporting colleagues’ work by way of exciting ad-hoc tasks within HR.


The tasks performed by you and your co-intern will frequently overlap in various areas, and you will both be working closely together to solve all kinds of assignments and challenges and contribute to each other’s professional and personal development.

Minimum qualifications


  • You are currently studying for a relevant degree, and you take a keen interest in HR.
  • You speak and write Danish fluently and have a high level of English.
  • As an employer branding intern, experience with InDesign and Photoshop would be an advantage, but it is not a requirement.
  • As a recruitment intern, it is also an advantage if you have a flair or an interest in data-driven HR.

Practical information


  • The internship lasts five months, starting in February 2022.
  • The internship is designed as a full-time position, but naturally, we are flexible in relation to your studies, regarding counselling, your internship report and ECTS points requirements.
  • The internship is unpaid, but if your study programme allows, you will receive a token of our appreciation each month.
