Internship: HR – Learning & Development

Dreaming of an opportunity to make your mark on learning and training initiatives for a large international company? Then seize this opportunity to try your hand at a crucial component of the human resources (HR) palette!

A rich opportunity for professional and personal growth

You will be part of both Learning & Development as well as People Services. Both teams fall under the People & Culture department. Together, these two vital teams consist of 10 HR specialists who, through close collaboration, will help you gain a sound understanding of how competence development is managed in a growing IT business. To support your integration, you will be assigned a mentor who will provide you with professional sparring and continuous feedback.

Ensure high quality and continuous improvement
Your main responsibility will be to ensure the continuous improvement and high quality of our learning programmes. Some of your day-to-day tasks will involve:

  • participating in the running of our onboarding programme, based on a fun ‘gamified’ concept.
  • participating in the evaluation, optimisation and development of Systematic’s internal course catalogue, including the development of materials for both classroom teaching and digital teaching formats.
  • taking part in current strategic projects.
  • handling internal communication tasks such as preparing content for our internal pages, including translation tasks.
  • supporting your colleagues with ad-hoc HR tasks within both Learning & Development and People Services.

Proactive and outgoing

You are our next Intern if you are currently studying for a relevant degree at BSc or MSc level and take a keen interest in HR. We also envisage that you:

  • are service-minded and take ownership of your tasks, which you enjoy seeing through to completion.
  • have good communication skills, including speaking and writing English fluently.
  • have solid Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • have experience with video editing and relevant video-editing tools; experience with conducting surveys is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.

Never stop developing

Systematic is truly international, proudly Danish and uniquely people-centric. Together, we write intelligent and innovative code to drive progress and improve lives. We develop IT solutions that make a real difference where it matters most. This is why we never stop developing. Here, there is room to be professional and personal. Systematic is not just a place to work but a place to belong.

In addition, you can also look forward to becoming part of an Intern network with other Systematic interns as well as student workers through our student network – Studematic. You can look forward to joining our Employees Club offering almost 100 social/professional events a year – plenty to choose from. Our interns also highlight our canteen, which serves a variety of delicious and healthy dishes each day. Finally, we are always up for a friendly game of padel at our new padel court in Aarhus!

Start your development here

The internship lasts five months, starting on 3 February 2025, and is a full-time, unpaid position, but we are flexible regarding your ECTS requirements, and if your study programme allows, you will receive a token of our appreciation each month.

We will be assessing applications on an ongoing basis as we wish to find our next Intern as soon as possible, so click Apply Now and send us your CV, cover letter and exam certificates today! If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us on tel. +45 8943 2000 and ask for Ditte Trineke Staugaard Fuglsang, Learning & Development Partner.
