Internship: HR & Recruitment

Ready to try your hand at recruitment and take responsibility for an entire recruitment process at a growing international IT company? If so, we have the perfect internship for you!

Recruitment from A to Z
We seek a skilled and committed Intern for our People Attraction team, which is composed of 14 dedicated and helpful recruitment specialists in Denmark and Romania. We are looking for an Intern who, through close cooperation, will gain an insight into all our HR activities and related challenges.

As a Recruitment Intern, you will be in charge of recruiting Interns for the forthcoming semester and take responsibility for the entire process, from job postings, screening and job interviews to selecting the candidates.

Trust and openness
From day one, you will become an integrated part of the team and take part in performing its tasks. To support your integration, you will be assigned a mentor who will prepare you for your role, and following a thorough introduction to your projects you will be able and encouraged to handle tasks independently.

Additionally, you will receive ongoing sparring to ensure your continual development throughout your internship. The most important thing for us is that you learn a lot and enjoy your time at Systematic and that you find the internship to be a rich opportunity for personal and professional growth.

In addition to your team, you will also be part of an Intern network with other Interns at Systematic, providing you with a rich opportunity to network across the organisation. At Systematic, we pride ourselves on having a corporate culture where it should be fun going to work.

Tasks and responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be the recruitment of 15-25 Interns and Student Workers, making this a fantastic opportunity for you to try your hand at proper recruitment. Your daily tasks will, therefore, include the following:
•    Engaging in stakeholder management, including close cooperation with Project Managers across all our business units
•    Proofreading, copywriting and publishing job descriptions and job postings
•    Administering various job banks, including Systematic’s website, LinkedIn and Jobindex
•    Supporting the Employer Branding team at job fairs and other initiatives
•    Providing support to the recruitment team, both in Denmark and internationally, by way of exciting ad hoc tasks

You are the person we are looking for
… if you are currently studying for a relevant Master’s degree and take a keen interest in recruitment. At the same time, we also envisage that you:
•    are able to work independently and structure your working day in line with our corporate philosophy of ‘freedom with responsibility’
•    speak and write Danish fluently and have a good command of English
•    have previous experience with recruitment and/or HR tasks and are interested in data-driven HR, although this is not a requirement

Practical information
•    The internship lasts five months, starting in February 2024, with the option of starting beforehand as a Student Worker in the autumn.
•    The internship is a full-time position, but we are flexible with regard to your studies and ECTS requirements.
•    The internship is unpaid, but if your study programme allows it, you will receive a token of our appreciation each month.
•    When applying, please include your CV as well as your exam certificates..
•    We work with security-classified projects, and therefore, as a Systematic employee, you must have a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years. Please read more here.
•    If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at +45 8943 2000 and ask for Julie Lysbjerg Christensen, Talent Acquisition Consultant.
•    We are processing job applications as we receive them, as we are keen to fill the position as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you!
