Internship - People & Culture, Learning & Development
Are you curious about how people learn—and how learning can be supported in a dynamic, international business? Do you want to contribute to meaningful projects while building your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment? If so, this opportunity as an intern in our Learning & Development team.
Expected start: August 2026
The internship
You will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of learning experiences across the company. You will get hands-on experience with real projects and collaborate closely with experienced colleagues who are passionate about helping people grow.
Some of your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- development of digital learning materials for just-in-time learning
- help running our onboarding programme
- participating in the evaluation, optimisation and development of Systematic’s internal course catalogue, including the development of materials for both classroom teaching and digital teaching formats
- taking part in current strategic projects
- handling internal communication tasks such as preparing content for our intranet
- supporting your colleagues with ad-hoc HR tasks within Learning & Development.
Join our Learning & Development Team
You will be joining a dedicated Learning & Development team made up of four permanent team members, two student workers, and you as our intern. The team is part of our People & Culture department and works closely with a shared manager, who also leads the People Services team.
Our mission is to help employees create as much value as possible for the company by ensuring access to the right competence development. In practice, this means we are involved in everything from designing and delivering training in the right formats to handling the practical and administrative tasks that ensure learning is available - when and where it is needed.
We are a collaborative team known for our positive energy and willingness to support one another. We openly share knowledge, help each other succeed, and foster a safe, enjoyable working environment – where there is always room for a good laugh along the way.
Who we are looking for
You are our next Intern if you are currently studying for a relevant degree at BSc or MSc level and take a keen interest in digital learning and HR. We also envisage that you:
- are service-minded and take ownership of your tasks, which you enjoy seeing through to completion.
- have good communication skills, including speaking and writing English fluently
- have experience with and passion for creating digital learning materials, including instructional videos, and interactive content.
- an understanding of learning design principles, such as how to make materials accessible, interactive, and aligned with learner needs.
- have solid PowerPoint skills.
The internship is a full-time position lasting five months, commencing on 17 August 2026. To be eligible, you must be enrolled in a Danish study program and be based in Denmark during the internship period. The position is unpaid; however, if permitted by your academic programme, you will receive a monthly token of appreciation during your internship.
Life as an Intern
Interns are valued members of our teams. From day one, you will be assigned a dedicated tutor or mentor who will guide your development and provide ongoing support. You will work alongside experienced colleagues eager to share their knowledge, while being entrusted with real responsibility early in your journey. We believe in delivering high-quality solutions while maintaining a positive work environment – whether through shared laughter over coffee, engaging discussions, or meaningful connections with colleagues. Beyond your immediate team, you will join our intern network, where you can build relationships and participate in social events with other interns across the organization.
Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have resided in a NATO and/or EU country for the past seven years, as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.
