Play a crucial role and contribute to the growth 
As our new Implementation Consultant in Cura, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that new customers get off to a great start with Cura and that existing customers continue to gain optimal value from the Cura Product Suite. Your insights from customer interactions will also contribute to our product and service development. In addition to that, some of your key tasks will be to:  

 

  • Training superusers and system administrators in the use and configuration of Cura
  • Preparing customers for new releases, ensuring that training material are updated, conducting webinars and demonstrating new functionality
  • Supporting customers in configuration and giving clear answers to complex questions.  
  • Developing and maintaining functional documentation to help customers configure Cura as needed
  • Collaborating closely with your colleagues in Cura Projects & Services to ensure an excellent customer experience and satisfaction
  • In cooperation with our Sales team you will meet new potential customers – demonstrating our Products and being involved in uncovering customers’ needs and ensure that they match the sold solution 
  • Working with Product Management and Domain Advisors providing valuable insights from customers to our further development of Cura.

As our new colleague, you will join the Cura Projects & Services team. The team consists of Implementation consultants, Solution Architects, Customer Project Managers and a group of BI consultants. Together we deliver all the services that are necessary for the customer to obtain full value of using Cura. We are dedicated to ensure that our customers can deliver care- and social services every day to the most vulnerable people in our society.  

 

A Care- & Social system like Cura is a complex and complicated system. In Cura Projects & service we strive to translate complex and complicated into simple and understandable - making it easy for our customers to navigate. This includes but are not limited to:

 

  • Driving implementation projects including all aspects from writing tenders, training superusers, setting up configurations with the customers as well as the technical systems settings.
  • Preparing customers for new Cura releases both in terms of communication and training the customer for new functionality, conducting webinars and demos. 
  • Handling service requests ranging from guidance and support to complex analytic assignments enabling customers to gain full value from their use of Cura.
  • In Cura Projects and Services we enjoy the collaboration with our customers and we face the customers on a daily basis to make sure our customers get optimal benefit from our products. Therefore, you must expect a couple of monthly travel days within Denmark being at customer sites.

 

Bring your competencies from the municipality care domain into play
Our new colleague is a strong communicator, motivated by helping others, and dedicated to provide the foundation for customer success and satisfaction. We expect that you have extensive experience working with Columna Cura or similar products within the municipality care domain. At the same time, we envisage that you enjoy cooperating with customers and stakeholders, are able to teach others about products, and lastly, are able to speak and write both Danish and English fluently.

 

Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here
