Implementation Consultant for Library solutions in Scandinavia and Germany

Are you passionate about assisting customers, and do you have experience with library solutions? We seek a new implementation consultant to join our Implementation & Services team, which is focused on implementing our library solutions in Scandinavia and Germany.
Join our collaborative implementation team
You will join the Implementation & Services team in our business unit, Library & Learning. We are a new team of four colleagues across our offices in Aarhus and Stockholm. We support each other across locations to ensure a strong foundation for the implementation of our customers. Furthermore, we collaborate closely with our support team who also assist with the implementations. Our joint primary task is to ensure customers have a smooth transition to our library solution, Cicero.
Drive customer success for our library solution, Cicero.
As our new implementation consultant, your primary responsibility is to ensure professional implementation and high user and customer satisfaction with our library solution, Cicero.
Your tasks will consist of:
• Train superusers and system administrators in the use and configuration of Cicero.
• Ensure good communication with customers regarding the setup of Cicero, including providing guidance based on our experiences.
• Optimize implementation processes, ensuring effectiveness and high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct webinars, workshops, and courses with customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create newsletters and other user-facing documentation.
You can expect approximately 15-30 travel days a year in connection with the implementation for customers.
What you bring to the table
Our new colleague has at least a bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in the library domain. You are an excellent verbal and written communicator who enjoys helping and collaborating with others but can work independently when required. You can put yourself in the customers’ shoes and understand their needs and wishes.
Furthermore, you must be fluent in both English and Danish. It is a plus if you speak Swedish, Norwegian, or German, but this is not a requirement.
Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.
