Implementation Consultant with expertise in social services – Columna Cura

Join a collaborative and ambitious team
As our new Implementation Consultant, you'll work with Columna Cura, our IT solution for the health and social care sector, which supports staff, citizens and relatives throughout the citizen's entire care journey. The solution is already live in 38 Danish municipalities, and we're growing in social services, where case management, service provision and collaboration between authority and provider place specific demands on how the system is configured and used.

You'll join the Cura Projects & Services team, made up of dedicated colleagues – consultants, solution architects, service developers and more.
The team's main responsibility is project and service delivery, and your tasks will include implementation projects, training and professional guidance on configuration.

Play a key role and contribute to Systematic's growth

As our new Implementation Consultant on Columna Cura, you'll play a key role in helping municipalities get off to a strong start with Cura in social services – and continue to get optimal value from the Cura product suite afterwards. You'll bridge the gap between the municipality's case management practices, providers' needs and the system's setup, translating assessments, service catalogues, rates and workflows between authority and provider into a well-functioning Cura setup. 

Your insights from customer dialogue also feed into our product and service development. 

Your key tasks will include:

• advising municipalities on how to configure Cura to support case management in social services, including VUM (the Adult Needs Assessment Method) and the process from assessment and decision to service delivery
• setting up and maintaining service catalogues (FFB – Denmark's Common Professional Concepts framework – and municipal services), rates and rules for citizens' co-payments in collaboration with the customer
• supporting collaboration between case workers and internal and external providers in Cura, including ordering, follow-up and billing of services
• training system administrators and super users to use and configure Cura
• producing and maintaining functional documentation that helps customers configure Cura to their needs
• taking part in tender responses for new customers
• working closely with your colleagues in Cura Projects & Services, Product Management and Domain Advisors, and feeding valuable customer insights from social services into our product development

You should expect around five travel days a month to customers in Denmark and Norway.

Put your social services expertise to use
Our new colleague knows social services inside out – either as a social worker with hands-on experience in case management or with providers, or as a system administrator or super user of Columna Cura or a similar IT solution for social services. You're a strong communicator who's motivated by helping others and committed to laying the groundwork for customer success and satisfaction.

We expect you to have in-depth knowledge of municipal case management in social services – particularly the VUM method, FFB and service catalogues, services, rates, citizens' co-payments, and collaboration with internal and external providers. Experience with Columna Cura or a similar specialist system for social services is a strong advantage, but the right professional insight matters more to us than the exact system you know.

It would be a huge plus if you also know the provider side of social services – for example residential care, supported housing, and activity and employment services – and understand how orders, goals, documentation and follow-up move between authority and provider. That understanding is exactly what enables you to help a municipality set up Cura so that case workers and providers work as one connected process.

We also imagine that you:

• can translate legislation and case management practice into concrete system setup and clear guidance for users
• enjoy coordinating and collaborating with customers and stakeholders – from case workers and providers to system owners and management
  are proactive and take the initiative
• speak and write Danish and English fluently - Non Danish Speakers need not apply
