Join a collaborative and ambitious team
As our new Implementation Consultant, you will work with Columna Cura, one of our newest healthcare IT products that supports employees, citizens and relatives throughout a citizen’s complete health journey. The product is operational, and has already been purchased and implemented by more than 37 Danish municipalities.
You will join the Cura Projects & Services team, which includes highly dedicated colleagues, ranging from Consultants, Solution Architects, Service Request Developers and more.
The team’s main responsibility includes handling customer contracts, customer implementations and service requests. In other words, the team ensures successful project implementations for Danish and Norwegian customers, delivers services upon request and makes sure that customers benefit optimally from their Cura contracts.
Play a crucial role and contribute to Systematic’s growth
As our new Implementation Consultant in Columna Cura, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that new customers get off to a great start with Cura, and that existing customers continue to derive optimum value from the Cura product suite. Your insights from customer interactions will also contribute to our product and service development. In addition, some of your key tasks will be to:
- train system administrators and super users in how to use and configure Cura
- develop and maintain functional documentation to help customers configure Cura as needed
- participate in tender writing for new customers
- collaborate closely with your colleagues in Cura Projects & Services to ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction
- work with Product Management and Domain Advisors in providing valuable customer insights
You should expect about five days of travel each month to customer sites in Denmark and Norway.
Bring your municipal care competencies into play
Our new colleague is a strong communicator who is motivated by helping others and dedicated to providing the foundation for customer success and satisfaction. We expect you to have extensive experience of working with Columna Cura or similar products within the municipal care domain. At the same time, we envisage that you:
- enjoy coordinating and cooperating with customers and stakeholders
- are proactive and prepared to take the initiative
- speak and write both Danish and English fluently; speaking Norwegian is an advantage.
