Shape the future of healthcare brand knowledge in this hands-on marketing role
As our new Healthcare Marketing Business Partner, you will work directly with Healthcare Sales and Product Management on lead-capturing and brand awareness campaigns, ensuring that we position our healthcare deliveries and product capabilities in the best possible way across our key markets. Most importantly, you will play a part in the sales process strategically and tactically, capturing new sales leads and promoting activities towards our existing customers. 
Some of your key tasks will be to: 

  • Drive all marketing activities for our Healthcare business with a data-driven and commercial mindset.
  • Position Systematic Healthcare and our solutions as the #1 patient flow provider in our key international markets.
  • Follow up on campaign performance to ensure continued growth and development of our marketing channels and messaging.
  • Build strong key messaging based on customer pains, gains, and product capabilities and generate sales leads and opportunities.
  • Continue the strong positioning of Systematic Healthcare via social media and media outlets.
  • Promote Systematic as a thought leader within our dedicated domain.
  • Plan and execute events.


Expect approximately 15-20 annual travelling days for office visits, tradeshows, or customer sites.


An experienced marketing profile with solid capabilities in stakeholder management
Our new colleague holds a cand.merc. degree or similar, with a minimum of five years of work experience. You have documented results from planning and running successful lead-capturing or engagement campaigns and thrive in a result-oriented, data-driven culture working alongside sales.

In this role, you will have high responsibility and engage with a demanding stakeholder landscape to build and deliver a strong and coherent marketing activity plan to support our Healthcare strategy.

Experience communicating to a Healthcare target audience is a plus, not a requirement.

We work with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Umbraco, HubSpot or the Adobe Suite.

Lastly, as we are working with colleagues, customers, and target audiences nationally and internationally, you must be fluent in English, both in speech and writing.

Branding and marketing domain-specific product portfolios to key target groups
As our Healthcare Marketing Business Partner, you will join Systematic’s Business Marketing team, which works closely with the Defence, Healthcare and Digitalisation businesses, ensuring that the Systematic brand and our software solutions are well-known within their specific domains and to our key target audiences. The team comprises ten colleagues working in our offices in Aarhus, DK, Cologne, DE, and Farnborough, UK. Furthermore, the team is a part of the wider MarCom department that comprises 25 full-time colleagues.
