Head of cloud technology platform, Synergy Platform
Join Systematic in a high-impact leadership role where your decisions shape the cloud foundation for mission-critical solutions used across defence, healthcare, national security and critical infrastructure.
The role: Take ownership of a strategically important initiative
As Head of Synergy, you will lead the evolution of Systematic’s Cloud-native application platform — a strategic enabler across all Business Units. You bring deep technical insight and leadership experience to a role where platform maturity, product services, automation, and standardization are key to delivering scalable and secure solutions.
You will oversee a platform that simplifies cloud infrastructure complexity, enabling development teams to focus on delivering business value. Through standardized blueprints and automation, Synergy reduces cognitive load and accelerates delivery.
“Synergy is not just a technical platform — it’s a strategic accelerator for all of Systematic. We’re looking for someone who can combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder management. It’s a unique opportunity to set direction and create real impact.”
– Kasper Bach Klokker, Program Manager
On a day-to day basis you will:
- Lead and develop a dedicated team of developers, testers, and architects — fostering collaboration, growth, and technical excellence.
- Ensure stable operations and continuous improvement of the platform’s security, scalability, and compliance capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Systematic to ensure strategic alignment with business needs.
- Drive product deliveries and roadmap execution with a strong focus on quality, progress, and value creation.
The team: Join and grow our existing team
You will lead and grow a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will ensure both technical excellence and team satisfaction. The Synergy team currently consists of 6 developers in Denmark and Poland, a Test Manager, and an Architect/Product Manager – but the ambition is to grow.
Your qualifications: Proven experience with cloud-native technology management
You have 2+ years of experience with technology management with people management responsibilities. You have great communication skills and excel in working across levels and departments and thrive in a transformation environment.

- Security & Compliance (Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST CSF, CMMC, GDPR, and ISO standards.)
- Governance & Ecosystem Management (Ability to define and manage service catalogues, internal offerings, and stakeholder alignment.)
- Fluency in Danish and English, and willingness to travel to other Systematic offices if needed.
