

Head of Learning & Development

Drive our in-house training activities
In this position, you will assume management and development responsibility for a skilled and strong Learning & Development team consisting of four colleagues located in Aarhus and Bucharest, Romania. The team is responsible for developing, running, and coordinating all training-related activities such as onboarding, internal/external courses, and leadership seminars to ensure the right learning/training framework is available at a strategic, tactical, and operational level.
Responsibility for developing Systematic’s existing and future talent
While supporting our employees at all times in their development, we want to elevate our well-established and highly prioritised training programmes to better support our growing organisation and global set-up. Via new concepts and digitalised offers, you will apply your insights within development and training initiatives and take on a leading role in facilitating the emergence of new offerings.
Your focus and responsibilities include:
- ensuring the right training and talent development strategy in accordance with Systematic’s strategy and growth ambitions;
- driving the yearly development talks activities in Systematic while focusing on development plans and goals for our employees;
- developing our Leadership Training Concept as a strategic goal for 2023 (Q4);
- mapping the training needs of the organisation and translating these into training initiatives, development concepts, seminars and workshops;
- driving the digital agenda and transforming relevant non-digital existing concepts;
- people management for a committed Learning & Development team whilst ensuring high engagement together with continuous improvements;
- ensuring budgeting, forecasting and following up on initiatives.
You will be part of the People & Culture management team which drives the overall P&C-related contributions to Systematic. Besides Learning & Development, People & Culture covers business partnering, talent attraction, and people services.
Apply your professional training skills
As an experienced professional with a relevant academic background, you have a proven track record of developing and delivering learning and development activities in accordance with organisational needs. You are experienced at working in an international organisation, and you understand how to navigate a complex stakeholder landscape.
In addition, you:
- have a well-founded toolbox in terms of driving training-related development projects;
- want to drive the digital learning agenda, and have experience with digital learning tools/concepts;
- have a proactive and cooperative mindset;
- are an ambitious and strong professional in the field;
- are fluent in English and thrive in an international working environment.
