The Talent Acquisition (TA) team is part of People & Culture (P&C), where more than 30 colleagues work to realise the HR agenda while continuing to develop Systematic and all our fantastic employees.

 

An important strategic focus for Systematic is growing the organisation, as our business opportunities are expanding – both in Denmark and internationally. The TA team closed 200+ recruitments across our offices in the last financial year, and is proud to be contributing to the growth of Systematic while at the same time ensuring a high level of quality in our recruitment activities. And while continuing to develop ourselves professionally and challenging each other in how we work.

 

Lead and develop the team – while driving and improving our recruitment processes
You will head a skilled, experienced and distributed team comprising 14 colleagues located in Denmark, Romania and Germany. The team is responsible for all recruitments for Systematic at group level – for all our locations apart from in the USA, Australia and New Zealand.


Your focus will be to support Systematic’s ambitious growth strategy by attracting and hiring the right people in close collaboration with Systematic’s business units. You will also be part of the P&C management team, and participate in running and developing P&C in general.


Your tasks will involve:   

  • leading and developing the TA team including regular 1:1s
  • driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities 
  • creating, leading and implementing TA strategies for hiring leaders, employees and graduates 
  • partnering with senior leaders to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business 
  • identifying and partnering with external providers to ensure that hiring needs are met
  • continually improving processes, systems tools etc. to meet the company’s internal needs and to stay attractive in the candidate market
  • running selected strategic recruitment processes

 

Experienced and team-focused people manager with international mindset
You already have several years of experience as a people manager and are ready to take the next step in your career. 

 

We envisage that you have:

  • a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR management or other relevant field 
  • 5+ years of experience with talent acquisition both in and outside Denmark 
  • solid experience with the A–Z recruiting discipline including assessment tools
  • proven stakeholder management experience and the skills required to handle stakeholders across different levels; you are also able to navigate in a fast-paced environment where recruitment frequently tops the strategic agenda
  • excellent English language skills, both oral and written.

 

It would also be an advantage if you have experience from a technical field of business. 

 

You should expect some but limited travel to relevant locations i Europe.
