Your Daily Impact as a Senior Developer 

  • Design and Craft Innovative Solutions: Drive the design process to create solutions for new features, ensuring alignment with project objectives and requirements. 
  • Maintain and Enhance Codebase: Take ownership of the existing codebase, ensuring its stability, reliability, and scalability. Continuously enhance and optimize the code to improve performance and maintain code integrity. 
  • Develop and Implement New Features: Utilize your expertise to develop and implement new features within the defined project scope and budget. Ensure high-quality deliverables adhere to coding standards. 
  • Mentor Less Experienced Developers: Guide and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices. Provide support and help them grow professionally. 
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Foster effective collaboration with project managers, testers, architects, and stakeholders. Ensure smooth project execution by actively participating in discussions and providing technical insights. 

 

Are You the Ideal Candidate? 

  • Relevant Technical Education: Hold a relevant technical education equipping you with the necessary knowledge and skills. 
  • Minimum of 5 Years of Experience: Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Systems Engineer or in a related role, demonstrating proficiency and expertise. 
  • Programmatically Proficient: The language you code in daily is not that relevant as you understand how to solve problems programmatically using an OOP language, then the rest is just syntax. 
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excel at solving complex problems, utilizing analytical skills to identify optimal solutions.
  • Experience with Designing Solutions and Documenting Technical Processes: Previous experience in designing solutions and documenting technical processes, showcasing strategic thinking and effective communication. 
  • Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Concepts: Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, enabling the development of robust and scalable applications. 
  • Fluent in English, with Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. 

 

We work with security-classified projects and therefore, as a Systematic employee, you must have a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years.
