About the position
As a User Experience Designer, you will be a valuable link between the development team, product management and our customers on the SitaWare HQ programme. The programme comprises 75 highly skilled colleagues across 7  development/Scrum teams, including test management, UX and programme management located in Denmark and Romania. You will collaborate widely with the developers on the programme, and work in close collaboration with the team of UX designers and a UI designer across our Product department.

In your job, you will be able to influence a complex product that makes a huge difference to our users in critical situations. Your job will be to design and prototype features that support the operational needs of the user with the highest level of simplicity. You will be involved in every phase of the development process, from the early stages to validating the final solution. 

 

Responsibilities and tasks 
Together with another UX Designer, you will ensure great useability of new features that integrate existing features and workflows in the SitaWare Headquarters product. In close collaboration with our product owners, architects and development teams, you will ensure the solution is well-designed and easy to use for the customer. You can, amongst other things, expect to work with: 
 

  • Maturing our UX prototype and handing it over to the development team. 
  • Validate UX during feature implementation with a special focus on quality and user-friendliness.
  • Collaborating with developers to create the best possible solution given the technical possibilities when implementing new features in the product. 
  • Establishing UX concept as part of feature clarification. 
  • Assessing and raising UX issues identified on existing functionality.
  • Exploring options for UX concepts for new business ideas.

As a minimum you have:
•    A relevant bachelor’s degree, e.g. Digital Design or Information Science.  
•    2-4 years of experience.
•    Experience in working with prototyping tools, interest in learning new tools and you are familiar with Figma.
•    Great communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
