If you thrive in navigating complex contracts and projects, working with diverse stakeholders who have varied interests within the healthcare domain, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Shape impactful healthcare IT solutions
In this role, you will find yourself at the heart of a mission to deliver crucial and critical healthcare systems to Danish municipalities. You will become a part of a well-established department responsible for managing large customer project contracts and national requirement projects in the homecare and social sectors.
You will be a part of Cura Projects & Services, where we work together to ensure the successful implementation of projects, handle complex and timely communication with customers, deliver services as requested, and ensure that customers derive optimal benefits from their Cura-contracts.
Delivering excellence and leading projects
As our new customer-facing Project Manager in Columna Cura, you will be responsible for continuous delivery and project management for several of our largest customers. In essence, you will serve as the primary contact for all contract-related customer inquiries related to delivery. Additionally, you will lead projects based on national requirements for EOJ systems in close collaboration with customers, subcontractors, and our in-house delivery teams.
Your responsibilities will span from implementing minor adjustments to overseeing substantial deliverables:
- Analysing, planning, and managing deliveries to ensure they are on time, within the agreed budget, and meet the required quality standards through collaboration with relevant parts of the organisation.
- Leading the preparation of changes, quotations, and solutions in collaboration with the customer and with input from internal stakeholders.
- Drafting project agreements, project status, risk analyses, and other relevant project materials for use in aligning expectations and communication with the customer.
- Conducting complex projects involving several national authorities as stakeholders and ensuring that these projects benefit both our customers and Systematic.
Your responsibilities will not include people management but will instead focus on close customer engagement to ensure timely deliveries, along with taking the lead in managing national requirements to maximize benefits for both our customers and Systematic. Since you will be a part of an international company and at the same time delivering to the Danish municipalities you must be fluent in both Danish and English and thrive in an international working environment.
