Customer Support Specialist
Do you thrive on solving problems under pressure, keeping customers confident even when things go wrong? If you work in a structured way, take ownership, and genuinely care about quality — this could be the role for you.
The job
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our Service Desk in Aarhus, acting as the primary contact point for customers using our software solutions in demanding, real-world environments. Your role is to ensure every enquiry is handled with clarity, professionalism, and genuine follow-through — from the moment it lands to the moment it's resolved.
In practice, you'll receive and register incoming requests via portal, email, and phone, then classify, prioritise, and coordinate them across teams. You'll carry out initial troubleshooting, coordinate with second- and third-line support when needed and keep customers well-informed throughout. You'll work in our ITSM system alongside wiki and Jira for case management and documentation. Knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of processes and support materials is something that come natural to you. You participate in a coverage rotation during Service Desks opening hours.
Joining the team
You'll join a professional support organisation that works to structured ITIL processes, where collaboration, quality, and accountability go hand in hand. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues in close partnership with product teams, specialists, and external partners. At Systematic, we never stop developing — and that applies to our people just as much as our products. You'll have real opportunity to grow your expertise in support, coordination, and ITSM, in a culture where there is room to be both professional and personal.
Your qualifications
You'll bring experience from IT support or a comparable role with many stakeholder interfaces. You work in a structured way and keep your overview even when the pace picks up. You communicate clearly and professionally, with a natural feel for the customer's perspective. You take ownership, follow through, and get things done to a high standard. You're a team player who contributes constructively and solves challenges in close collaboration with others, and you're comfortable building trust with both customers and colleagues alike.
You must be fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
It's an advantage if you:
- Have experience from the healthcare sector and have worked with IT systems within it — for example electronic patient records, care solutions such as Columna Cura, or similar
- Are familiar with ITIL or have worked with ITSM tools
- Have experience using AI in a support context
- Have experience with vendor coordination or cross-organisational case handling
Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years, as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.
