The job we offer
As a Compliance Auditor joining our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software development and the effectiveness of our internal processes. You'll also help shape the future of quality assurance and auditing by planning and developing future audits that ensures compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
This means that your tasks will be to:
- Plan and participate in internal process audits.
- Facilitate configuration management audits (product delivery audits).
- Review Quality Management System compliance with standards and models.
- Conduct supplier audits and facilitate customer audits at the organisation's or customer’s request.
- Collect improvement suggestions in the organisation.
- Collaborate with external auditors.
- Support our Bid team and the organisation, in general, to investigate "new" standards and how they fit into the current processes/policies.
As we have certified offices in multiple locations, travelling to these locations might be relevant. Expectedly, between two and ten days annually.
A small but important and influential team
You will join the audit team, which currently consists of four highly skilled auditors and a strong audit corps comprising 20 committed domain experts from the whole organisation who dedicate some of their time for the important purpose.
Our Audit team works as a neutral and independent assessor of Systematics Quality Assurance and security setup. We work as the extended arm of Group Management to ensure the most efficient risk assessment and implementation of Systematic's approach to delivering services.
Your qualifications
We are looking for a colleague who has 3-5 years of experience, or more, from an internal audit function and who brings a strong understanding of ISO standards (i.e., ISO9001 and/or ISO27001) as a minimum. If possible, understanding of AQAP and/or MDR would be beneficial, but that is not a requirement.
Furthermore, we are looking for a colleague who has experience working in a software company. It is also a benefit if you have worked with process tools like CallisProd (Sharpen365) or similar. Lastly, our new colleague must be fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
