Compliance Auditor – The key player in process effectiveness and quality assurance

Do you thrive with a broad contact level with various stakeholders? Are you happy to have a great network across a business having strong insights into business areas and models? Then you can become part of an essential and acknowledged world-class Quality Assurance setup as a Compliance Auditor in Systematic!

A small but important and influential team
You will join the audit team, which currently consists of two highly skilled auditors and a strong audit corps comprising 20 committed domain experts from the whole organisation.

The Audit team works as a neutral and independent assessor of Systematics Quality Assurance and security setup. We work as the extended arm of Group Management to ensure the most efficient risk assessment and implementation of Systematic's approach to delivering services.

Shape the future of quality assurance and auditing
As a Compliance Auditor joining our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software development and the effectiveness of our internal processes. You'll also help shape the future of quality assurance and auditing by planning and developing future audits that take into account new technologies like AI and security demands coming from ISO 27001 or NIS2.

This means that your tasks will be to:

  • Plan, execute and participate in internal process audit.
  • Facilitate configuring management audits (product delivery audits).
  • Review compliance with standards and models.
  • Facilitate supplier and customer audits at the organisation's request.
  • Collect improvement suggestions in the organisation.
  • Conduct assessments of external requirements and collaborate with external auditors.
  • Support our Bid team and the organisation, in general, to investigate "new" standards and how they fit into the current process/policies.

As we have certified offices in multiple locations, some travel might occur during the year. Expectedly, between two and five days annually.

A technical foundation and a keen interest in security

The colleague we seek brings hands-on software technical experience as a Software Developer, Solution Engineer or Architect. However, it does not need to be in the current job. Furthermore, we need someone with a strong understanding of Agile workways and knowledge of ISO standards (i.e., ISO9001 or ISO27001) or other international standards such as CMMI. Lastly, our new colleague must be fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken.

Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.

Never stop developing
Systematic is truly international, proudly Danish and uniquely people-centric. Together, we write intelligent and innovative code to drive progress and improve lives. We develop IT solutions that make a real difference where it matters most. This is why we never stop developing. Here, there is room to be professional and personal. It is not just a place to work but a place to belong.

You can look forward to joining our Employees Club, which offers almost 100 events of both social and professional character a year – plenty to choose from. Our colleagues also highlight our canteen, which serves various delicious and healthy dishes daily. In addition, we offer several employee benefits such as paid Home Internet, health insurance and a company pension scheme. Finally, we are always up for a friendly game of padel at our new padel court in Aarhus!
