Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your extensive commercial expertise with your product management experience and your strong stakeholder management skills? Would you like to lead our software and service solutions to further our global market success in the hospital logistics domain? Then this rare and unique role might be just what you are looking for!

Unique platform with exciting growth potential
Systematic is emerging as a market leader within software solutions for patient flow management and internet of things (IoT) solutions for hospitals. Our modular Columna Flow platform is sold across 80+ hospitals in seven countries. Our goals are to expand on our current export markets (UK, NL, FI, NO, SE, AUS) and build brand recognition while continuously enhancing and localising the platform. As our new Business Product Manager, you will play a key role in achieving these goals.

As Business Product Manager, you will drive the globalisation of product strategies
This role is pivotal in driving the internationalisation of our sales and product offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong competencies in management, in creating and maintaining structure and in market and competitor analyses, and also takes a keen interest in customers, brand support, markets and marketing. Insights within healthcare, pharma or related domains are not required, but are an advantage.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Leading the product strategy and ensuring relevant localisation to individual markets.
  • Leading the go-to-market strategy, sales enablement and product launch planning.
  • Conducting market and competitor analyses through customer engagement to inform our strategic decisions.
  • Identifying and specifying market requirements for current and future product releases.
  • Participating in customer and market events to present product news and engage with participating customers to discuss improvement opportunities and new requirements.
  • Collaborating directly with key international customers on product development.
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing department and the international sales organisation.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives to enhance market presence.
  • Managing and coordinating projects with a focus on market growth.
  • Travelling extensively to engage with international customers and partners (30–50 days a year).

Experienced Product Manager with a strategic vision
We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager with 10+ years of experience at working with commercially focused product management and specialising in B2B or B2G products, solutions and services – ideally within the software technology industry. The ideal candidate possesses a strategic, business-savvy mindset and a strong track record in go-to-market execution, including product positioning, launch planning and customer acquisition. Additionally, you bring extensive expertise within sales enablement, presales, partner development and sales training to drive business growth and market success.

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on international markets.
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to conduct in-depth market and competitor analyses.
  • Organisational and management skills, with a structured and systematic approach.
  • Proficiency in developing product concepts, with the ability to think abstractly and translate ideas into systems/models.
  • A keen interest in customer relations, brand support, marketing and sales.
  • A willingness to travel frequently and collaborate closely with international teams.
  • Effective leadership and change management skills, particularly within strategy implementation and organisational development.
  • Experience in sales/sales support, with a demonstrated track record of driving sales growth.

It is essential that you possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English. These skills will enable you to effectively navigate, influence and build relationships with stakeholders in leadership roles within both the customer’s organisation and at Systematic.
