It forms the backbone for streamlined workflows and interdisciplinary collaboration across child and youth welfare, adult social care and elderly care, while ensuring deep integration with the secondary healthcare sector and keeping the needs of end-users at the heart of every process.
Systematic is emerging as a market leader in supporting a continuum of care by linking citizens’ complete pathways across family doctors, municipalities and hospitals.

Drive strategy implementation in Cura
Our new Product Manager is pivotal in driving both the development and internationalisation of our product and service offerings.
The ideal candidate has domain experience and insights, product management experience and possesses strong business competencies in creating and maintaining market and competitor analyses.
The Product Manager also takes a keen interest in customers, brand support, markets and marketing.

·    Travelling to engage with international customers and partners (10–30 days a year).

Experienced Product Manager with a strategic vision
We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager with approximately five years of experience at working with commercially focused product management and specialising in B2G products, solutions and services within the software technology industry. This role requires a strong strategic mindset and a genuine commitment to the citizens and end-users whom Cura is designed to serve and support.
The ideal candidate possesses a strategic, business-savvy mindset and a strong track record in go-to-market execution. This includes supporting customer success management functions with data-centric services for customer onboarding, adoption and value-realisation phases.
Additionally, you bring expertise within sales enablement and presales to drive business growth and market success.

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
·    Proven experience in product management, with domain insight and experience within the social and/or elderly care domain.
·    Good analytical skills and the ability to conduct in-depth market and competitor analyses.
·    Organisational and management skills, with a structured and systematic approach.
·    Proficiency in developing product concepts, with the ability to think abstractly and translate ideas into systems/models.
·    A keen interest in customer relations, brand support, marketing and sales.
·    A willingness to travel and collaborate closely with international teams.
·    Effective leadership and change management skills – particularly within strategy implementation – to support the development of novel customer success management discipline in Cura.

It is vital that you possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills. These skills will enable you to effectively navigate, influence and build relationships with stakeholders in leadership roles within both the customer’s organisation and at Systematic. Moreover, it is essential that you are big-hearted towards the citizens and users whom Cura serves and supports.
