A team focused on supplying innovative BI solutions for municipalities
You will enter a department responsible for the on-prem Cura BI solution, handling customer contracts, customer implementations and service requests. The BI team comprises two existing colleagues, and you will be the third. The team is part of Cura Projects & Service where we ensure successful implementation projects, handle complex and timely communication to customers, deliver services upon request and make sure that the customers get optimal benefit from their contracts. Shape the future of our BI solutions end-to-end

As our new colleague in the BI team, you will have a broad role covering both customer contact and support, the development of changes in the solution in close collaboration with the customer – backend as well as frontend, and the continued service of the existing BI solution. Furthermore, the CURA BI solution is undergoing changes and development, which means that you can participate in the planning and execution of i.e. data-driven service development, supporting our customers in gaining the most value from our product. 

In short, you can look forward to:  

• Having customer contact and support, i.e., by answering BI-related questions and Service Requests.
• Maintaining the on-prem BI solution, but also being responsible for any further development end-to-end - Backend in MSSQL Server and SSAS, and frontend in Targit. 
• Specifying requirements with the customers, ensuring quality assurance and implementation.
• Participating in development and delivering services driven by data – supporting our customers in getting optimal value from our product.

A technical mind with prior experience in customer-facing BI roles

We are looking for a colleague who brings a theoretical background with a degree in IT and/or BI, combined with a practical background with some years as a Business Intelligence Consultant or similar. Therefore, we also expect to meet a colleague with prior experience in on-prem MSSQL Server, SQL, DAX, SSIS, SSAS and GIT, and tools like Visual Studios and Tabular Editor. Furthermore, you need to be fluent in both Danish and English, both written and spoken.
If you have knowledge of or experience working in the healthcare domain, it is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
